I’m terrible with names so; the first person I met at this location is outstanding, very, very professional and a real joy to talk with. She explained everything, took care of contacting rental car people, introduced me to my contact person who was also very professional. From the appearance of the work that was done, the people in the shop are talented and professional. I have no qualms about recommending Classic Collisions.

Amazing service, my car looks awesome they even vacuumed the vehicle out once the job was done. On top of the A1 quality service done on my vehicle the ladies in the office Amber and Shannon went above and beyond to help make this process quick, easy and stress free for me thank you to everyone at classic collision that pitched in and helped.

Communication by front office staff was excellent. The whole process was explained thoroughly. How it would work with enterprise. How Communication would be done by Classic Collision. Shannon, who works at the front desk, made me feel very comfortable and went over a lot of things with me to ensure I understood everything. She told me not to hesitate to give her a call if I had any questions. The hospitality met my expectations. Amber, who works for the insurance company at Classic Collision Repair, handled everything smoothly and went over everything I needed to know with me. She also told me not to hesitate to contact her if I had any questions. Both workers were very generous to me as one of their customers while my car was in the shop waiting to be repaired. They sent me reminders each day, following up with me from the time they began working on the vehicle until they finished. There was also another adjuster, Jessica, who followed up with me. I dearly appreciate everyone's efforts. My satisfaction was very complete. I was also pleased about the warranty - as long as I own the vehicle, my windshield mirror has a lifetime warranty. Shannon was the one who informed me about that, which I dearly appreciated. One more thing before I end this note: I noticed that my car was still dirty inside and out; I was told they would make sure it was cleaned. So, I brought this to Amber's attention, and she apologized and said they would make it right at the Classic Collision shop; they would pay a detailer to clean the car inside and out.
