I appreciate the ladies in the front office. They were easy to work with. There were some staffing issues initially that i believe were taken care of to get me to this point. 6 weeks seems a bit long for the minor damage. May consider releasing the vehicle back to the client if parts are backordered, especially ones that are drivable, do they can still get the use out of it. I am sure there is binging contracts that could manage the risk.
