I was so impressed with Shannon in the front office. When I took my car in I had been of the understanding that the insurance company had arranged for a rental. (Because they had css welled me about it). They had not. Shannon arranged it by calling the insurance company and Enterprise and coordinating it. It took several calls to find the right person at the insurance company. If she had not, I would still be sitting in the office. She is a jewel and I hope she is appreciated. She is really pleasant, too.

Customer service was wonderful. I thought Shannon in the office was a jewel because the insurance company had failed to set up my rental car. They had called me about it and I thought it was handled. She made all the calls and got it set up for me. She is a bonus to your organization. No matter what she was handling she was so pleasant to everyone.

Top notch crew! They knocked out the damages from a hit and run incident to my Tahoe. They also repainted my hood that was is need of repairs at a very reasonable price. Timely and very communicative! Shannon at the front desk was super helpful! They made what could be a stressful or long process easy. I would highly suggest them to anyone in need of their services.
