It was super easy to schedule the estimate and drop off the car… pick up was a breeze, and the work was flawless! My only feedback is that there was no communication once I dropped off the car until I picked up. I had to call to check in. There was never any explanation of increased costs from the estimate. Thankfully, when checking out, this was considered and the total was adjusted.

I picked my vehicle up and there were multiple check engine lights on. I spoke with the service rep before picking up, he told me that my tire that I thought had been affected by the collision held tire pressure the entire time, but upon picking up my vehicle, there was a “low tire pressure “ warning when I turned on my vehicle.

The only thing was , the forgot to put the ensembles on the back , one very nice gentleman came out and put the Audi emblem on , but when I got home i realized that 3 others had been left of . That’s all .

It was a great experience. The office staff was always friendly and the service guy was very thorough. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all and made sure I was satisfied with my car. The text updates kept me in the know and up to date with the repair process.
