The quality of the repair to my car, you cannot tell anything at all happened to the Leaf, is only outdone by the superior customer service. Classic collision has to have the best customer care communication model in Chattanooga. I was never in doubt about the status of my car. I will definitely recommend Classic Collision to any of my friends should they need repairs like I did. Thank you!

I would like to think this was an isolated incident but to be such a minor fix , and car was there a few days , this shouldn’t have happened. Obviously someone dropped the ball on inspection before calling to let me know that it was ready.

I had what I thought to be a small repair so I didn’t anticipate any issues and didn’t inspect the full repair upon pickup. The next day I found a part that should have been used on repair in backseat . My front bumper had been painted and in doing so my car tag on bumper had been removed and discarded ( it was a personal tag that I purchased it should have at the very least been given back to me ) and the door dings that were marked that I was told would be fixed not only we were not fixed but markings were still there. I did contact the shop and Stephen installed the piece that should have been replaced at time of service cleaned the markings off the door and said I could bring car back for them to put tag back on since the holes for the tag placement had been covered up and I no longer have screws to attach a new tag, Stephen was very nice and apologetic but this was such a small repair to have this many issues that I would be concerned if it were a larger repair. I appreciate the professionalism that Stephen shown but feel the service advisor that I had should have acknowledged me when I was there to have issues corrected , I called to let them know I was coming in and he knew when I was there. I had to take from work to bring the car back and out money to replace my car tag.
