My paint correction was really really bad

Most of the work was done well given the circumstances. Whoever did the paint correction on the hood did a really bad job. No clear coat no wax and it's rough as sand paper. :( I don't know when I will have time to bring it in but I have proof it wasn't like that before the fix.
