The experience was very welcoming. And Chris was very nice and understanding and the lady at the front desk was amazing. I only thing that I was not happy with is that we need to hook you up with a good cleaning service. MBD JANITORIAL SERVICE 4237712153 I need to be better.

I appreciate his thoughtful approach and kind manner. I am very pleased with the communication and updates. My car was returned to me an excellent condition and fully repaired.

Comunication was poor. It was not until i called 4 business days after the date the estimator originally promised the car would be ready. I was promised a full detail. But, When i received the car, it was dirty on the outside and the a pillar upon. I Was not told that rear bumper had a paint sticker on it and not to remove it.
