CC did a great job on repairing the vehicles which I brought I brought to them on three different occasions. The staff that I encountered there were super friendly and always a pleasure to talk to. Chris Hannah, the Estimator and Service Advisor, was especially kind and considerate. I do believe that they all did their best to make me feel like a valued customer. In one situation Chris refused to accept parts that were not of sufficient quality and sent them back. This made the repair to take a few days longer but it gave me confidence that once the repairs were completed that all parts used in the repair process were of the highest quality.
