Communication was awesome, and people were nice, but I felt like it was taking entirely too long for the minor work that needed to be done.

They got the job done, but very slowly. 38 days to repair a broken headlight mount, cracked front quarter panel & dented bumped. This was after significant advance notice, prior to drop-off. This ran from July through October. Very expensive, too. Over $6300 for parts, paint & labor, and another $1500 for the extended rental car. My insurance premiums will increase due to this.
