The body work itself appears to have been done well, but the experience after the repair has been terrible. My backup camera was working before the repair. During the polishing/buffing process, the camera lens was damaged, and now the image is blurry. Instead of simply taking responsibility and fixing it, I’m now stuck in the middle while the shop is trying to have the insurance company treat it as a separate issue or a pre-existing problem. I dropped off a vehicle with a functioning backup camera and picked up one with a damaged camera. That shouldn’t become the customer’s problem. Until this is resolved and the shop takes responsibility for the damage that occurred during the repair, I can’t recommend them.

Michelle at the front desk was friendly and professional, and I appreciate her attitude throughout the process. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ends. I dropped off my BMW with a perfectly functioning backup camera and picked it up with a blurry one because the camera lens was damaged during the buffing/polishing process. Instead of simply taking responsibility and making it right, I’m now stuck trying to sort it out between the body shop and the insurance company. Friendly customer service is important, but it’s not enough when the customer leaves with new damage to their vehicle. I shouldn’t have to spend my own time trying to undo a problem that occurred while my car was in the shop’s care. Until the camera is repaired and someone takes responsibility, I can’t rate this experience any higher.
