I got my car back and not everything was fixed and I had to spend more money to get a new tire that should have been fixed and my alignment is off and it was just aligned perfectly before it was brought into the shop. Now the wheel is not aligned and I have to spend more money at another shop to have it re aligned.

After a tree fell on my 2021 GMC Sierra Denali, leaving it with significant damage, I was bracing for a frustrating and drawn-out repair process. They handled everything with my insurance company—advocating for me at every step—and took all the stress off my plate. They even arranged a rental car on-site. It was truly as easy as pie. Michelle and Justine were outstanding. Their customer service was exceptional, and their professionalism and attention to detail were evident at every turn. They underpromised and overdelivered when it came to the timeline—my truck was ready sooner than expected. And when it came to the actual repairs, they overpromised and delivered. The quality of the work was top-notch—my truck looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. I sincerely hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
