Amazing experience! Couldn't have asked for a better welcome (at this location). I initially went to your other Mt Pleasant office and found the staff abrasive. The receptionist was fine however the woman that wrote my estimate definitely wasn't Mrs congeniality. After that initial appointment I went to this office off Clements ferry. Completely different experience the staff was warm, friendly, and I really appreciate Mason explaining some of the charges on my initial estimate. Would 100% scream from the rooftop "Go here, at this location they are the best!"

The exterior looks brand new and the folks at Classic Collision were kind enough to vacuum my car as well. The customer service was excellent and they stayed a little later in their day to allow me to come pick up the car after work. I appreciate all the help and kindness I received and while I hopefully won’t need their services again, I know where to go if I do.
