My car sat for three weeks in the hot sun without even being looked at after I had called a month prior to make an appointment it took almost 4 months and you hiring a new manager for the project to get finished. And there are so many with the car right now I don’t know what to do

Adam is rude condescending and unreliable. Never once did he pick up the phone to call me and all the time my car was there. Again until you hired a new manager there was almost no help whatsoever even after my constant visits to the shop
