Consistent transparency and communication re the status of my vehicle. Brittany at customer service desk is a wonder and a talented multi tasker. So satisfied with the professional workmanship and my car ( which I felt was pretty clean) was returned shiny and detailed inside and out. From the initial estimate to the final repair. Everything was so easy on my part. Brittany was fantastic and Dean was also fantastic. I was updated with every step, and I know exactly where I'll go if I ever need a repair again ( fingers crossed that's doesn't happen though)
