Everything was top notch work and I really appreciate the effort from everyone in the shop. Body shops do not treat people the way y’all do and you have gained a customer if things happen again. Brittany in the front was really nice and consistently called to let me know the status of my vehicle so I never had to follow up which was amazing. Also the team completely cleaned the inside and outside of my car as well which was not expected but much appreciated. They also coordinated my rental car and also delivered it back to the rental office on the day of drop off. Also the repairs so far look great and also have a lifetime warranty on all the work so just all in all amazing experience. Highly recommend.

I experienced excellent service there. The entire staff was friendly, professional and kind. I was kept updated on the progress of the work and given a detail explanation on a small delay and a realistic estimate on the new timeline. The completed work was done as projected and everything was done on time and beautifully. I have additional work that needs to be done and will definitely bring my car back here after having horrible service and work done elsewhere. Thank you.

Classic Collision, Cocoa, FL, has been a pleasure to work with on my recent repair. In my case my vehicle had been damaged by another party while parked. It took nearly 60 days for the involved insurance companies to determine a path forward. Needless to say I was frustrated by the time I reached out to Classic Collision. The staff was understanding and extremely accommodating. They got me right in for an initial assessment of the damage and then into the shop about a week later to get repairs completed. My vehicle had existing windshield damage that another company had attempted the epoxy repair - Classic suggested I have it repaired at their facility while it was in for the bumper replacement. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish with clear, regular communication. My vehicle was completed on schedule including the windshield replacement. Classic was even kind enough to hold the vehicle a few days until I returned from vacation. Classic even washed the vehicle the morning of my pickup - simply great customer service!

It was evident that Classic Collision is focused on the end customer, they call 3x per week with updates on parts and status in the shop. They clearly communicated what parts they were waiting for to proceed. There were no surprises with the repair and they even gave me status on the windshield replacement that was completed by another company!

This company is polite. Very customer service oriented. I got updated text messages with what was happening with my car. They made arrangements for my rental to be picked up at the shop. I couldn’t ask for anything more. What an outstanding company.
