kept car a very long time kept promising items would come in and they didnot. when i finally got the car ot wouldnt start without a jump and had to put air in tire. most disappointing of all still missing a piece. that was supposed to come in last week. Calling Geico to notify them that they paid for something that has not been put on car. I should not taken the car without everything being complete. Gave the 4 because Manager paid extra days of car rental. Also there was a piece of wire hanging down that connected the antenna. No body noticed that.t

I had the most incredible experience with Carolina. The way I was greeted and spoken to, made me feel like I was a family member, the entire team seems like they take pride in their company and pride in their work. I brought my 2016 Ford Fusion in for repair work, Geico had recommended me there, and from the onset I was impressed. Judy greeted me with the Geico adjuster, went over every thing with me and gave me a time frame for the repair. I agreed to have them repair my car, it was the best decision I made. I was ACTULLY contacted be either a phone call, a text, or email almost in a daily basis keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle. When my car was ready, they took the time to show me everything that was repaired, gave me all the documents, and a written life time warranty. My car was completely cleaned and looked like it just came off the showroom floor. All I can say is, what a team if professional people, and what a beautiful job. I would NEVER use any other place for my car repairs. Thank You Carolina
