No one informed me I would be driving a 2 colored vehicle. If I would have known I would have said it was pointless to make my vehicle look worse than it came in to your shop looking. Before all of the damages visible on the vehicle were very minimal and not very noticeable. Now that I have picked my vehicle up from your shop, it is extremely visible that there are issues to the car. I understand this is an issue with the clear coat, but it would have been more professional and productive of Classic Collision to inform the vehicle owner of what the results and aftermath of the repairs would be.

Initially when setting up my appointment and dropping off the vehicle service was great, however, after i attempted to voice my complaints and concerns when i picked up my vehicle i was not satisfied with the customer service i received.

Maybe you guys are stretched thin on labor. I feel like almost 6 weeks to repair My van is a little too long. Also, there was no communication unless I was calling. Lastly at one point, the girl told me she was waiting on the insurance to approve the estimate, but I reached out immediately to insurance and they hadn’t received it, but the adjuster called me back shortly after and told me that they did receive the estimate. A real slow going process. I have had previous good experiences.

My car was being held without the repairs being started for about 2 weeks before anyone called me to notify me that there had been communication about not to repair the car. Apparently there was some miscommunication between the insurance company and the repair shop. Nevertheless, I should have been notified sooner.
