I can say that my car was repaired quickly. Everyone was very professional. My paint on my car side window is not smooth like it should be where it was repaired. So I was told I would have to return it and it would take about an hour to fix. So I would have to take time to stop and get it repaired. I wish it was done properly so I wouldn’t have to come back.

I’m a business is owner of a repair shop and always have customers asking about body work on their vehicles. I figured I give you guys a chance with my personal vehicle. Rear bumper and passenger front door repair. The door came out good but the rear bumper reinforcement was left off. I produced documentation with parts pricing and availability. Returned 3 business days later for the part to be installed. Did not take long but attention to detail was needed. I pointed out to the nice lady the bumper ends at the wheel wheel was not flush. The car was brought back in twice for corrections. In addition my floor had body shop dust because floor mats were not used. That’s my experience. Nice people on the front but delivering an excellent product needs work.

Totally satisfied with the repair of my car. I have a BMW X3 and had rear passenger damage from a car accident. They did an amazing job repairing it. There is no sign of a accident at all. The prepair was spotless could not be more pleased with the results. Philip was my customer service rep during the repair process and he was phenomenal. He kept in contact with me during the process at all times. Always made sure I was aware of the progress of my vechicle from the very beginning til the end. He was knowledgeable and professional. I felt very comfortable with him and classic collision. I hope to never need them again for this type of service but if I needed to I would choose them again and again. The time frame quoted to me for my vehicle to be in for service is the amount of time it was there. I have no complaints at all.
