I have used them for years on all of my collision repairs for all my Camrys. Only one time I went to another shop which was the dealer . Never again !! I will only bring my car to Classic Collision for all of my collision repairs. Best service ever !!!!!

Repairs & paint job were good. They also cleaned it up a little. but i also got my car back with one of my rgb light strips not working and my led badge on the front of my car isn’t working anymore after they put it back together.

My car was not repaire!

After all payments have been made including my deductible fee my car was not repaired when I arrived to pick it up. I was grossly inconvenienced. I did not even see my car. I am also extremely disappointed as Classic Collision was trying to throw back the repair issues on me if they could not fix it!!!!

The areas that were painted several spots that looked like pimples on the painted surface. I pointed out most of the ones I seen to Philip and he is going to take care of them. There are probably others if I took more to look. The point was already made unfortunately. The car needs additional buffing. I would recommend that in the future that the car is visually and throughly inspected before the customer is contacted. Phillip was a little disappointed in the work and apologized. It’s not his fault and i appreciate him for taking the steps get it resolved Please make sure that the vehicle is inspected very carefully. The color is unique and imperfections stand out!!! Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
