This was the first time I need body work done on my vehicle, Ren absolutely amazing. He explained the process with great detail and went out of his way to guaratee excellent service. He made sure I understood how the process worked with my insurance, the actual bodywork on my 2014 pathfinder was flawless!!! He finished within a week and have absolutely nothing negative to say, simply amazing work, no need to look else where !!

Honestly, unless Classic Collision fixes my car properly there is no way I would ever recommend them to anyone.

The engine light is on in my car. It has an obvious vibration while in idol and while driving. Clearly it is not fully fixed.

Throughout this experience with classic collision, I have had a hard time getting a hold of people that work in the shop about my car. It is taken over a month to fix my vehicle, and I do understand that part of that is on Geico and not Classic Collision. However it should’ve taken as long as it took on Classic Collision’s part. The fact of the car was given back to me without so much as a test drive and now the engine light is on and there is a vibration in the car, that is completely unacceptable.
