The customer service was exceptional. Daily updates on the progress of the repair. Prompt and courteous attention to any and all questions. Service and repair work returned my car to off the lot condition. Should I need any repair work in the future for any reason I will be bringing my vehicle to Classic Collision in Conyers.

The repair was for my rear bumper. My car and the bumper are two different colors. Your shop manager also indicated on the paperwork he gave me that my car was black. My car is not black. My car is charcoal gray. He even insulted me by saying my car was faded. I'll admit I said one curse word in response to how my car looks. After a week and one day, I thought I would be happy. Instead I'm embarrassed driving my car as it looks like someone just put a black bumper on a grey car. To insult me further, I was told it was the angle I was looking at it. Even if I stood on my head, it would still be a charcoal gray car with a black bumper. The lady in the shop asked if were the red specks in the paint. I replied that yes there are small red specks in my cars color but not like those that were on the bumper. The manager tried to turn my words around and make it seem that I mentioned the red specks. He was not there when the conversation occurred. Long story short, my cars bumper looks horrid.

I would never refer classic collision to fix my grandsons red wagon. The repair may come back burgundy.

I'll never refer or bring any car I will own her. Worst repair ever and no one will take responsibility an fix my car. My raise is NOT spot on. Completely dissatisfied and frustrated.
