We are happy with the repairs. We thought they were going to have to replace the whole trunk door but they were able to fix it. The shop our insurance had us use was the same one our mechanic recommended, which was nice.

Repair was great... paint... not so much

staff went out of way to offer customer service and be kind. However at one point when i returned to get a repair remedied, there was NO water to be offered, facility did not have water fountain, didnt have soda/water machine and out of desperation i ended up grabbing a Styrofoam coffee cup and going to the bathroom to get tap water.
