They are nice but had my car 5 weeks. All the damages were not repaired. The rear panel was not repaired and mechanic said my husband admitted it was not part of the accident. My husband absolutely did not. He said “at least we tried” because nothing was getting approved for repair. I was annoyed to be accused of insurance fraud when I was the one that was hit. Very annoying. The headlights are mismatched now. We felt swindled.

Mike and Lisa were both very helpful and friendly. They answered all of my Questions and kept me updated with my cars progress. Would definitely use again for car repairs. My car was brand new, had only made 1 payment when a deer hit me and did 10k in damage. My car looks exactly like it did before I hit the deer.

The service was amazing. The gentleman that assisted me, Todd Brandon, provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in my life. He made sure I was updated throughout the process. My truck grill came in broken the first time, then he noticed a hairline fracture in the replacement part right where the first one had broken, and made sure the supplier provided a new mint part (3rd time) to ensure the job was done correctly. Give that man a raise! Also, the body shop I can’t say enough for. My truck looks great… like brand new great! I’ve fallen in love with it all over again :)
