2nd time this same car got into a minor collision in the past 8 months ( same exact parking spot where my wife got hit too), and on both instances the car was ready to be picked up days earlier than scheduled. And the repairs were excellent and well done which was the reason why I demanded to the insurance company to use this body shop again during this 2nd incident.

The price was a strong factor of why I chose Classic Collision over others but Jacob Velasquez was the key that I did so without hesitation. From the moment I came to get my quote to every follow up interaction to me dropping off my car, to how well he explained every single aspect of the process and even his help for the lady who hit me—he was truly stellar. I’m huge on Customer Service and he was outstanding!! He’s the reason I will recommend you guys to others and heaven forbid I have to return for the same reason but the next time I won’t take the time to go so 5 other places. Thanks for all who worked on my car including the detailed cleaning. And Kathy was nice too. Great job !!!!!

Jacob was amazing. His overall Customer Service was A++! From the time he greeted me with a welcoming demeanor to his explanations of the process to his advice and then every follow up call from me as well as the person who hit my car was handled with clarity and respect. I greatly appreciated him delivering on every thing that was promised and the way the company had automated updates on the status of my car. Also your pricing was the best. My car came out like new including the detailing which was incredible. Thank you!
