I went to Classic Collision on a recommendation from Geico, and I’m glad I did. Classic was very attentive and very professional in their approach. The Manager came to the front desk to greet me and discuss my repair concerns, and we performed a hands-on inspection of my vehicle. He gave me an initial written estimate and an explanation of the work that had to be done to repair my vehicle. I left my vehicle there, and Classic Collision worked with Geico to determine my estimate costs. Classic sent me an estimated completion date of the coming Friday. I was pleasantly surprised when the vehicle was done and repaired on Thursday morning. I didn’t have to complete any paperwork other than signing the estimate, and both classic collision, and Geico did all the rest of the work. It was a very good experience.

Personal at Classic Collision 💥 were very professional and very helpful and made me feel at at home. The secretary sent updates on vehicle that were greatly appreciated. C/C is the best shop I have ever worked with. Staff was great.

Car looked fantastic when we picked it up. Repairs made car look like new in that area. Inside of car detailed beautifully. Had to bring the car back after a couple days because replaced headlight/turn signal became loose and signal didn’t function properly just like after collision. The problem seemed to correct itself, but repair specialists gave it all a second look and all seems ok at this time. Office staff seems a bit confused when we come in as if we don’t have appts when we do. Repair folks are very personable and helpful.

Friendly and attentive service. There were too many defects with the replacement parts installed. Gaps with lights, trimming, bumper cover, seat belt cover etc. Need to return to complete unfinished items.
