I am not satisfied with the bumper repair. The paint on the bumper is not evenly coated, still small chips and black marks. When I previously had bumper work done at another collision center, the finish was flawless. I understand that this was a repair rather than a replacement, but I still expected the damage to be properly repaired and the paint to be finished correctly. There is still a visible white chip and black marks on the bumper that appear to have been missed during the repair process.

The bumper work was not flawless at first, but Corey Weaver, the General Manager, personally reached out to me and made sure everything was corrected. He went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was repaired properly and that I was completely satisfied with the final result.
