My key fob was broken when returned. I was told that Nissan reprogramed my key fobs once replaced. All doors on my vehicle lock except the driver door. Lyndsey was horrible with communicating what was going with my vehicle and lied a few times.

Lyndsey was horrible with communicating what was going with my vehicle and lied a few times. She told me I would receive an estimate via email and never sent it. Once I requested the documentation again she advised she never had my email. Yet we were on a recorded line where she stated she had all my information. I called a third time and she stated they didn't email estimates.
