Everyone was pleasant and it's clear they wanted to make you happy; however the automated text option may have hurt the process since it was constantly changing and not matching what the Rep was saying. It's also probably best to give clients an estimated that exceed your realistic goals that way the customer will be happy if the work is done before estimated opposed to being told sooner and then having the date of competition constantly change to a later date. That part is frustrating even though the customer service was good.

The work was great - my car looks fantastic. However, your phone texting notification needs to be fixed. I received 4 notifications that my car was done. I also received multiple notifications telling me my car was on schedule, but I did not receive one when my car being done was delayed by a couple of days.
