There is still a (faint) dent on the side of the door in which you can tell its been repaired. This isn't good for us as we planned on trading it in for a newer vehicle the day we were in the incident. Also, my husband had to point out that there was a valuable piece missing at the top if the car. It was a quick fix, however that should've been handled before we arrived. Attention to detail is everything. I write reviews and test product for a living, so I know its important to double and triple check everything before presenting it.

I've called about the dent, so has my husband and we've never received a call back. Also, the worker was supposed to get back to us about the depreciation value on my car. Multiple attempts have been made to reach someone with no return. Its like they don't care after the car leaves the lot.

I should have opened the trunk while I was there at the shop, but you did such a great job the first time I didn't check until I got to work. Thetrunk is not connected,there is a gap where I can see the ground, the bumper is not snapped or screwed in correctly and the paint on the inside lft.panel is messy.
