AC not working well after we got the car

Upon dropping my car off the first time, I told the service advisor "There is something wrong with the suspension, the car is very bouncy when there is a dip in the road". I picked up my car and was told nothing was wrong with the suspension, that was not the case. Now I am waiting 10+ days to have the suspension fixed and paying hundreds of dollars for a rental car. Had my concerns been taken seriously, my car would have been fixed the first time, saving me time and money.

Car is back commune repaired before they quoted Time, which was wonderful. The report repair looks great. They even remembered to move my trailer hitch to my new bumper that they had to put on all the people in the shop were very very kind and helpful and the repair seems to be great.
