While the car was completed earlier than estimated, the bumper has has gaps to the rear lights; particularly on the left side. Additionally, the car was returned with a loose wing on the left side of the trunk. This was not the case when the vehicle was dropped off for the bumper & tail gate repair.

I had a great experience with Classic Collision. I had a minor accident, didn't know where to go for my repair and recommended by my insurance company. I had a long scratch under my doors, and it was part of the accident which I couldn't see until I got my cleaned, but the insurance didn't want to pay for it. Jimmy and Jose went above and beyond to buff out this scratch for me with no additional fees. They handled the repair with impressive knowledge, speed, and professionalism. They were updating me regularly on the status of the car daily. My car looks great! They went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great, and I’m satisfied with their job. The quality of work is excellent. Trust, honesty, care, and customer service that’s very rare to find. If you’re looking for a shop you can fully trust with your vehicle, this is it. Staff were respectful, patient and thoughtful to remind customers of what not to forget in their vehicles. It’s the little things that mean so much.
