I understand that there is a part shortage at this moment, however, several times I had to reach out to them to get an update on my vehicle. They claim that they will keep you updated Tuesdays and Thursdays but don't always.

On day one I did a walkthrough with Jessica Acosta and I explained what had happened to my vehicle. After, I was informed all reported damages would be submitted to my insurance company for approval. The very next day i got a call from Jessica who informed me my insurance company approved the claim and will repair all damages. 4 weeks later I get my car and the front end was not repaired. When Jessica was Informed why this wasn’t done she said it was not part of the original claim and I would have to do another claim repair request. What was the purpose of the walkthrough? I also got the runaround on when my car would be ready (I have the emails). Horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone.
