Your customer service is absolute trash. First you lied to me about the damage your shop did to my car, then your shop, more specifically Tom Gregg and Chris Baesen have brushed me off when I have sought compensation for the damages caused. I have emailed and reached out multiple times regarding compensation and have done everything I can before taking legal action or putting anything on social media (including your Instagram page were the comments section has been disabled) or review websites. However, based on how I have been treated, I will make sure I let anyone and everyone know of my experience and will be sure to share emails where your shop has admitted to damaging my car and invoices for the damage your shop caused and parts ordered from Tesla.
