I was referred by Geico here and they were all very helpful and responsive starting from the front desk to Mr. Jordan of Enterprise. Mr.Rudy who I spoke with gave me full details and explain regarding the damage on my car and how long will they finish it. They finished repairing my car ahead of time and my car looks brand new again! I'm so impressed with their service!

It was ok, the only complaint I have was we were told one thing about when the car would be ready and at the last minute it was pushed back another week. I do understand issues come up but the communication was a little difficult.

previously have had excellent experiences with AAM. when we arrived at the location. the agent thought my partner was someone who worked at enterprise. the weight was a little long for the car return but we understand that is a delivery of parts issue. when the car was return a piece was not completely locked in and there was some remaining pieces left on the car. the only thing that made it a positive experience is the nice agent at the enterprise.
