Since I’m not satisfied with the repairs (which in my view they are incomplete) and the scratches of the steering wheel I would say that I wouldn’t recommend it or at least I would tell my experience. Overall the repair was ok, and the team was very polite all the time.but again, in my view the work wasincomplete. Also the last time I called I asked for the General Manager I was talking to (Cristian Aguilar) and they let me know he doesn’t work there anymore. Someone else took my case but they repeat the same: bring it to the dealership. Again not a good experience. I expected my car fixed, without check engine lights on, without the steering whelm scratched. BTW the insurance paid over 20K for this repair so I believe it should have been better done.

The car was fixed but there is a “check engine” light in the dashboard they couldn’t fix. They asked me to bring the car to the dealership because it should be covered by warranty the dealership charge me just for the inspection since the light showing up clearly was due to the crash/repairs done to the car. I’m not sure how safe it is to keep driving the car like this without spending more money to complete the fix. In my view the car wasn’t properly (completely) fixed.

The treatment of everyone was very respectful and attentive, no problem with it. The problem about my satisfaction not being higher is the explanation they gave me about why they couldn’t complete the fix, they don’t have the expertise or tools to do it and asked me to go to the dealership. So in my view the work was not complete.

Jonathan texted me each morning about status of repairs. I needed work done by a certain date and they beat the deadline by a day. My car looks brand new! They even cleaned the interior and washed exterior. Really happy with the team.
