So far, everything has been good. A couple of days after delivery, the battery drained unexpectedly, but the response from the classic collision was prompt—they replaced the battery to prevent any future starting issues.

The only reason I gave an 8 vs 10, was due to communication. I received an email stating pending days prior. Then I received a phone call that the part was out a day and car should be ready by next day. I never heard anything the next day and called and was told my car is ready.
