To start… it’s nice for a progress report but, not setting customer expectations for completion a week later with Caveat “As long as part come” a new report of waiting for headliner clip for a week was not appealing. Then no communication the rest of week. I called a couple times to hear that the wrong clips were ordered / sent. Still waiting I asked to have manager Joel call me with new eta… no call back. I Call on Friday morning and administrative staff is asked have Joel call….no call… call mid morning phone goes into a redirection of “Technical difficulties mode response” ??? Happen to know Mitchell St. Clair and text asking the progress is and eta. Wrong clips got ordered again. Really!!!! No call for management again…. Apparently Mitchell went during his lunch break and tracked down correct clips… installed . I finally get a call from Joel late in afternoon that my vehicle is now complete. Very disappointed in communication or lack there of between admin and manager. Lack of ambition of management to go find correct parts for a week needed to satisfy a now disgruntled customer. The work looks great the Techs did great. Communication is KEY … and that didn’t happen from the front office whichever channels. I went outside of my insurances preferred vendor because I knew Mitchell was at a new shop and a great young man My contact is Jeffrey A. 651-341-4430

They do a really good job I brought my car in there for one thing and they seem something else is wrong with it and they tightened up the boat for nothing. I recommend them over and over. And they really quick.
