I am extremely happy how this shop did. The work looks amazing. I couldn't of asked for better communications throughout the repairs. Each person tha I talked to at the shop was professional, courteous, and told me exactly what was happening. Although I hope not to see them again. If I ever need body shop. It will be this shop.

The first representative I had didn't seem to have my best interest at heart. He was not listening to what I said happened to my truck? He formed his own opinion based on what I do not know... My truck was supposed to be completed on May 13th. I came and took a look at my truck, and it looked like I had took my truck to econo cars, and he had a $99 job done. I think his name was bobby. Another gentleman came out and we spoke, and I showed him the flaws in the work. And he assured me, it would be done and taken care of right. I went up there another day. I looked at my truck a second time, the paint and body work it was done, correct. But it was not ready to go. They had to put my truck back together first. I was assured.It would be ready on a twenty second of may. I received a text that it would not be ready, later that day. A few days later he called me and it was put back together completely...By them taking so long, it forced me to have to pay out a pocket. For car rental, for an additional six days. I think it would be only farah if I was compensated, For those days, because none of this was my fault, I had no control over the work being done.And who was doing, and how long it would take. I finally received my truck on the twenty eighth of may six days later.Then, the insurance company was willing to pay. In every customer, don't lie, they just want to be treated fairly and justly.

They tuck too long repairing my truck. They said my truck was ready on three different days. When I got there to look, it was not ready. This intern caused me to go over on the car rental 6 days. Of witch i had to pay out of pocket $337.
