Re pairs were done faster than expected and Robbie’s follow ups/updates were consistent and very appreciated! This is the first time I’ve had my car in and out of the shop in less than a week before. Usually it’s AT LEAST 2 weeks.

I would like to give a HUGE shout-out to Memphis Collision on Kirby, especially Robbie and Emily, for their outstanding customer service and professionalism! I have been doing business with Memphis Collision for several years. They have repaired my Nissan Altima three different times, and every single time they did an amazing job. You would never know the vehicle had ever been damaged. After giving that vehicle to my son, I purchased a Mercedes CLA Coupe, and I have had it for two years. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident on August 10th, and my Mercedes needed repairs to the rear bumper after being hit from behind. Without hesitation, I knew exactly where I wanted to take it—Memphis Collision on Kirby Whitten I have always worked with Robbie, and he is absolutely wonderful! He is professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making sure his customers are taken care of. Emily is also amazing, and I truly appreciate both of them. One of the things I appreciate most about Memphis Collision is their communication. From the moment they receive your vehicle and begin the repair process, they keep you informed. You receive text updates about the progress of your vehicle, what is being done, and when you can expect it to be ready. That kind of communication gives you peace of mind and lets you know that your vehicle is in good hands. I picked up my Mercedes this past Thursday, and it looks AMAZING! You would never know it had been in an accident. The work was excellent, and I could not be more pleased. People kept asking me, “Girl, where did you take your car? They got it done so quickly!” My answer is always the same: Memphis Collision! If you need your vehicle repaired, go ask for Robbie he’s the man. He will take care of you, and Emily will take care of you too!
