I had an amazing experience with Classic Collision on Elmore Rd after someone rear-ended my car. From the moment I walked in, I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Lori at the front desk was phenomenal she kept me updated every step of the way. Her communication was clear, timely, and incredibly helpful. She even arranged for the rental car company to pick me up directly from their location, making the entire process stress free. When I arrived, Lori introduced me to Buddy, who handled the repairs. Not only did he finish the work ahead of schedule, but the quality of the repair was top-notch. The team went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and informed. What really stood out to me was the level of care and convenience they provided. When I called Lori to say I was headed their way to return the rental and drop off the car, she reassured me by saying, “No worries, we’ll take it from here.” That small gesture saved me time and unnecessary back and forth it meant a lot.
