Mark and Lori were able to get me scheduled promptly. The initial part delivery date from Lexus was April 4th. The part ended up not coming in. The second projected delivery date was April 17th. As I understand it, Mark, made some calls and was able to get the part much earlier. I picked up my vehicle on Wednesday, April 11th. The repairs were excellent. The vehicle looks exactly as it did prior to the accident. I appreciate the excellent work, customer service and professionalism. I would definitely use Classic Collision again. As well as refer friends and family. I'm very happy with my repairs.
