The woman (I think Tammy) at the front desk turned me away twice, saying there is no record of me or my car. I also never received updates until I called for them a week after dropping off my car when once again, Tammy said she did not know who I am and that my car was not there. Thankfully she also randomly then transferred me with no explanation or warning, and the nicest gentleman was able to tell me my profile had been marked 'do not contact' and give me information on my car's status. Wish I had that gentleman's name because he is the best part of this business. Tammy is consistently rude and unhelpful.

They are overprice and when they returned my car, they attached a different color to my car fender. They are aware of that. Now, they don't want to change and refused to fix it again since they knew that it will cost money from their end. They wanted us or the insurance to cover the cost of the mess they made.

From the beginning, when I started the process online with pictures of the damage, your team was very responsive. The text messages with a link of progress on the suv was very helpful and the work on the suv was done in a timely manner. The work was finished 3 days ahead of schedule. If and when we need a car repaired again, we will definitely bring it here and will recommend your business to all of our friends.
