Nancy at the front desk was lovely and extremely helpful navigating everything. Danny was assigned to my claim however and he felt very jaded and annoyed to be working on my car. He mumbled through the walk through on a busy road and I could barely hear him. Every time he called to ask a question he acted put out and said several times “it’s just more work for me now.” And when I emailed him with questions I was left with no response unless I happened to catch him on the phone to which he would complain about more work for him.

The receptionist was the sweetest! She took the time in explaining how everything would work with my insurance. I was also pleasantly surprised my car got washed and I think vacuumed upon return.

We are not satisfied at all with the paint on the hood. Not sure what to do about it.we don't want to leave it there for another week.we left it there for an additional week to repaint it again and repair the left door glass . Let me know what you want to do.

Classic Collision was very professional throughout the process. I was under a time crunch and they did everything they could to accommodate me. They were personable and friendly, and kept me informed of their progress. I got my car back ahead of schedule and it looked better coming out than it did going in. They cleaned it inside and out and it was gorgeous! Bravo!
