The final outcome was terrific and getting in was easy, it just took a lot longer than expected to get the work done. Sounds like staffing changes, broken parts received and illness in the office all contributed. Front desk was easy to work with (and the only person I interacted with). Bonus points for working so seamlessly with my insurance.
