My car came back worse than when I brought it in. The headlight you put in was old and dirty and my drivers side door isn’t working properly. I brought it back to the shop last week and was assured it’d be taken care of but there hasn’t been any follow-up since.

My repair was incomplete, orange peel and paint drips are all over the car and the worst part is the shop has caused severe damage to my interior, windows, roof liner, tail lights and over spray in several locations the paint doesn't even match that well I didn't realize how poorly a repair could go until I received my car from classic collision today.

Unless I am compensated for the repairs my car now needs because of classic collision I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy yet alone bring my car back for even free repairs knowing they would probably just damage my car even more

My vehicle was estimated to take 2-3 weeks for repairs on paint chips August 15th I brought my vehicle in and 2 months later I've received the vehicle in worse condition than it was to begin with the paint job has runs and orange peel and it would seem everything they touched is now in a state of disrepair they caused thousands of dollars in damages to my interior failed to paint my car correctly there's over spray of primer on my door sills, wheels and windows they damaged nearly every window including literally sanding my back windshield on top of that demanded my deductible despite there being so blatantly wrong about repair times and never even walked the car with me once they handed me back the keys they told me to "go find the car in the lot" I have photo evidence that the damages are caused by this body shop and I am just so saddened by the fact that a body shop would operate on such improper business practices and lack of workmanship or knowledge on how to perform disassembly and reassembly of a vehicle and even the paint job is bad they didn't blend the paint it is noticeable all over the car. Would not recommend this body shop to anybody I know.

Spoke with multiple people at this body shop during my repair I experienced a plethora of ridiculous excuses for extended repair times and even got aggressive attitude from the manager there despite them having been in the wrong no attempts were made to make me the customer feel any better about the circumstances I was in

Everyone was so helpful. From Katie at the beginning to take the car in and taking notes as we told her about some mechanical issues with the car, to Nancy at the front desk always answering any questions I had, and Chase who did everything he could to help get the car back to us as quickly as possible and yet ensuring no quality corners were cut. Fantastic staff there. Never made to feel as if I was an annoyance (sorry if I was lol) and I was always listened to. Even when I asked if my information would be sold to a third party or to try to please use oem parts, they addressed both concerns and indeed they were able to use oem parts. Also so helpful with insurance stuff. It was a very smooth process.
