They had said they would touch up some scuffs on my car (in addition to the bumper repair). They even circled the scuffs with the marker to indicate "DO WORK HERE". Upon picking the vehicle up, they did not address the rusty spots, I spoke with one of the repair technicians about this, and he just said "sorry, we didn't mix up any paint for your car" and walked away.

Your entire crew went above & beyond to satisfy my needs. I will be out of state for the funeral(s) of my brother and his daughter 9-7 to 9-13. The estimated date of completion was 9-9. I went in and explained my plight to the receptionist. My car was completed on 9-2! One week ahead of schedule. I am so grateful and appreciative for every one of you that made this happen. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will HIGHLY recommend your company to anyone who will listen to me.

The color is still wrong on my bumper. It wasn’t shiny before. Did you not keep the original? I don’t hate it like I did the first time so I just picked up my car. I really can’t afford to keep paying the diesel cost of using our truck so I needed my car back.
