I was charged the deductible and USAA said I shouldn't be and that you would refund it only I haven't heard from you. Also my windshield was damaged and not repaired.

The work itself was done very well but communication from the customer service team was poor - I received three calls that my car was ready to be picked up. I went to pick it up and they said it wasn’t actually ready, that I should have received a call (I didn’t). They said it would likely be ready that afternoon. I received a text at 4pm that said it was ready so I went back, and they said it wasn’t ready, that the text was a mistake. It seemed they were understaffed and those who were there were not communicating with each other. (The next day I received two calls within an hour from two different people that my car was ready). It also took nearly a month for the repairs to be completed. That said, the work done was very well done and thorough which was appreciated!
