I was disappointed that the job couldn't be done for what it was quoted because the mechanic had to add a couple extra hours for the inconveniences if going thru the tailgate.. of course the door didn't open. That was why I wanted it fixed. If I could open the door why would i even care to ask for a repair.

4I was disappointed that my door locks were not repaired at the price quoted. I got a call saying that because the doors couldn't be opened that a couple/few extra hours were required because of the inconveniences. I wanted it fixed because the doors couldn't be opened.. why would I want it fixed if the doors could be opened.? I figured you would go though the back to fix one and then you would have one opened to be able to access the second. Seriously disappointed.

Let's see I got my truck back late do to technician failures I am I got a scratch and chip in my paint on a part of the truck that wasn't even damaged and my electric door locks don't work on the drivers door I think I should get a refund on half of my deductible
