Overall, I’m really happy with how my car turned out. The repair looks great, and everything else seems to be back to normal. The only issue I noticed is that the steering wheel still doesn’t feel quite right. I haven’t received a call yet to let me know when I can bring it back to have that addressed. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with the repair. Thank you!

Sticky substance on windshield inside the car. Chips in the paint ok the opposite side of the car, and a bend piece where bumper was reconnected and rear camera was not calibrated correctly.

My headlight was fine when I took van in. It now holds condensation noticed 1st day back, manager said he’s not responsible. They took way too long fixing the car- over a month. The car is good otherwise. I went there because we’ve gone before very satisfied. Not so much this time.

I am very happy with the work done to the vehicle. It turned out amazing. Staff were very polite and helpful. Every time I called I wasn’t rushed off the phone. They answered every question I had and the questions they didn’t know they found out the answer within timely matter. The GM was straightforward with me about everything what was going on. The front desk lady was amazing and very sweet. She has a very welcoming personality that brings comfort. I was very surprised and impressed by the detailing job done to my vehicle it made me happy.
