Dimples in the paint on the front bumper. Why should the car be presented as fixed complete, only to have me have to point out the defects, which can't easily be remedied? You get me there, saying the work is complete, and shrug when I show you it isn't. I live alone, my only car, and already several weeks with the car. I had to take the car as is. Realistic expectations were not given prior.

Generally higher than a 5, but when you tell me the car is ready, the Web tells me you are open 8-12 on Saturday, and I go there and you are closed and the door says "Saturday/Sunday Closed", I'm not happy with the cost of Lyft rides and wasted Saturday morning.

Amazing service. The team bent over backwards to get my car in after hours so I could fly home for a family emergency. I was kept up to speed throughout the process and the final handover was smooth as silk. Would highly recommend!
